- Hate speech or offensive content.
- Hazardous chemicals, pesticides, or banned items.
- Fireworks, explosives, or destructive devices.
- Personal documents, financial records, or private data.
- Lottery tickets, sweepstakes entries, or gambling devices.
- Violations of the Food Adulteration Act.
- Unauthorized military or police emblems.
- Weapons, firearms, or related items.
B. Additionally, the following are prohibited:

- Hate speech or content promoting violence.
- Misleading, fraudulent, or false information.
C. Your listing or information must not be:
- Defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
- Fraudulent or related to illegal goods/services.
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights.
- Transmitting viruses or harmful software.
- Impersonating others.
- Violating national unity or security.
- Containing false or deceptive information.
- Promoting or inciting violence.
2. In addition to the above, all Users must adhere to the following Policies:
- Restricted Item Policy.
- Avoiding duplicate ads.
- Refraining from mature content.
- Adherence to details provided by the Seller.
3. Seller Details to Provide:
- Contractual information.
- Total and breakup price.
- Mandatory notices and information.
- Goods’ country of origin.
- Guarantees related to imported products.
- Return, refund, and warranty details.
- Delivery and shipment specifics.
- Registered entity information.
4. Breach Consequences:
Violations may lead to suspension or termination of membership, site access block, or reporting to appropriate authorities, following the Terms of Use.
